Refund policy – Release Holistic Massage

Refund policy

We have a 48 hour prior to appointment cancellation and return policy, which means you have up until 48 hours before your appointment to cancel and request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact Release Holistic Massage within a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled treatment. You’ll also need your email address available for proof of purchase.

To start a refund, you can contact us at info@releaseholisticmassage.co.uk If your refund is accepted, we’ll send you a refund email, as confirmation.

Appointments not cancelled within 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment will be charged 50% of the treatment price. Due to short notice, the time slot will unlikely be filled by another client and so the fee is to cover our costs from loss of business; paying for therapist time and electricity. We will then refund your 50% of the treatment price and send a 50% refund confirmation email accordingly.

Exceptions / non-refundable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on gift cards.

Rescheduling
If the time or date of your scheduled treatment time no longer suits, you can always reschedule your appointment for a later date assuming it's at least 48 hours before your treatment ( 50% payment fee still applies for last minute rescheduling that's not within the 48 hours window period) You can do so by contacting Release Holistic Massage via info@releaseholisticmassage.co.uk. Please provide us with your name, contact number and chosen treatment followed by the original time/date booked. Additionally, please inform us of the new time/date you would like to reschedule to. Our therapist will contact you either via email or telephone to confirm whether this has been accepted and the new time/date is available. However, if the time/date has already been booked, we will suggest alternative options or we can offer you a full refund.

Refunds
We will notify you with a confirmation email once we’ve received your cancellation request, informing you whether the refund was approved or refused. If approved, under our refund policy terms, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. However, failure to cancel less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled treatment will result in a 50% refund of total treatment price. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund back into your bank account.
